Francisco Burned Fat and Gained Muscle !

Francisco ate our meals consistently for over a year to help transform his body. He also trained twice a week with a Coach and implemented a basic cardiovascular regimen. In total he lost 20lbs of body fat and gained 5lbs of muscle.
