Julian Didn't Have the Time, But We Did

The process of losing excess body fat and feeling fit again is a daunting task if your nutrition isn't in order. Julian knew that working with a Personal Trainer and doing cardio wouldn't be enough and he didn't feel like prepping all of his meals nor did he have the time. Fresh Meal Prep became his solution and assisted him in burning off 30 lbs of body fat and gaining 10lbs of muscle.

FMP doesn't have to be the end all to your eating plan but it sure makes life easier and helps fill in those gaps where you get stuck and end up eating junk!
