Teresa Arellano started off just ordering five meals a week from us. That was the magic number for her. She lost five pounds in her first week with FMP. Teresa felt her lunches were the time she wasn't eating healthy and she wasn't exercising enough either. This promoted her to fill that gap with an FMP lunch, prep her breakfast and dinner and enlist the help of a fitness professional to teach her more about fitness.
