We stand behind our product 100% and have a perfect track record of providing fresh meals for the last few years. Our staff is highly trained and our facility always maintained. Please make sure you read the below and understand all the terms and conditions before placing an order with us. We are always happy to help, there are no dumb questions. Orders: All orders placed by Wednesday 9am will be processed for availability that following Saturday. Any changes you need to make to your order must be made by 8pm every Tuesday. Please understand we process a report right after midnight to source the necessary and freshest ingredients in preparation to cooking your meals. We run a very tight ship at FMP, so we hope you understand how crucial it is we stick to this schedule so that all our clients have a great experience and delicious meals. All customers who choose the Delivery option, we will deliver directly to you unless you tell us otherwise and you must be available on the day you choose. All customers who choose pickup as an option, you need to ensure your meals are picked up. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up and do not issue any refunds or cancelations on orders that are not picked up. It is your responsibility to keep track of your orders and pickup your order before it expires. We provide food, and food once made will expire within 1 week. If you have issues picking up and need a delivery instead, simply reach out, we do everything we can to help make that happen. Returns: Returns of any items sold through our online store, local store or through one of our retailers can not be returned in any way shape or form. All the items we sell are perishable and require special handling from our kitchens to our fridges and to your door; this means we would not ever serve you a meal that was meant for or handled by anyone else but our highly trained staff. Once the Wednesday cut off has passed, we can not change your meals out for any reason. Those on monthly subscriptions may also not in any way shape or form pro-rate their subscription cost by not accepting one or more weeks of meals. Refunds: Once a refund is processed, it has essentially left our hands and can take anywhere from 3-10 days to show on your financial institutions statement. If after 10 days you still have not seen a credit, please email us to Support@FreshMealPrep.com and let us know, we will be happy to look into it.
Subscription "Meal Plan" Signups: Don't forget that when you signup on one of our Weekly Meal Plans, that you're agreeing to being charged either on a weekly or monthly basis automatically, depending on the plan chosen (title and description reflect type of billing) AND that you have a 2 order minimum before being able to cancel. If after the second order you want to stop receiving meals, remember you can skip orders and recover skipped orders if you will be out of town or need a break. If you must cancel, make sure to cancel before your next order processes, as we don't refund any of your payment or cancel any orders once an order is processed by our system. Canceling Subscriptions: All Subscriptions are to be canceled before they renew by you (the customer) or by emailing us at least 48 hours before it renews. You may access and manage your subscription by clicking here and logging in to your account. Once a subscription payment is processed, we can not cancel the subscription for the week or month. It is the customers responsibility to ensure a cancellation is processed before the renewal date.
